FARES AND PRICES

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise. Admission fees to attractions are not included by default. Pick-up and drop-off at any hotel in Lisbon / Cascais has a additional cost. Any other location please inquire.

YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT

Please present your voucher 10 minutes before departure to the staff at departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation/receipt. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received ONLY.

IMPORTANT

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• • We know plans can change and we accept changes to the original booking for another day, if we have availability, without any extra charge;
  • Cancellation after booking received: administrative costs of 5% (Fee charged for payment by credit card or PayPal);
  • Cancellation 3 days before tour date: 7% of the total amount will be required;
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to tour date: 35% of the total amount will be required;
  • No show: no restitution / payment in full;
  • Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable;
  • Special Tours created for groups are non-refundable after booking;
  • Airport transfers are non-refundable after booking;
  • Cruise Ship Tours are 100% refundable if for any reason ship doesn’t dock or is cancelled.

1) Cookies

As you browse this website, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. We don’t store any information from our customers requests, neither sell or transmit this information to third parties.

We only receive from our contact forms names and email addresses from our customers along with their request, that is used solely to reply customers requests and queries. Information is destroyed after we finalize comunication and never sold or transmited to third parties.
